I build the systems revenue teams run on.
RevOps and GTM systems builder at RepairDesk, a SaaS platform for repair businesses. I connect billing, CRM, outbound and support so revenue data can be trusted and the repetitive work runs itself, with AI where it genuinely helps.

Selected work
Six systems, from revenue data to AI. Each case study covers the problem, what I built, what broke along the way, and what changed.
A self-checking payments data pipeline
A payment processor's monthly merchant file becomes approved, deduplicated CRM records, with every unmatched merchant chased until someone resolves it.
n8n, Google Sheets, Zoho CRMA revenue ledger between Stripe and the CRM
Partly liveLive subscriptions, a permanent event ledger and daily netted MRR movements, replacing three separate workflows with one design.
Stripe API, webhooks, n8n, Zoho CRMThree generations of an AI support assistant
From an OpenAI assistant with its own knowledge base to an async engine that works around a five-second platform limit. Resolves about 30% of chats on its own.
OpenAI, Zoho SalesIQ, n8nAn outbound engine for a vertical SaaS
45,000+ local repair shops found, enriched, verified and sequenced, then handed to account executives. 60+ became customers.
Serper, PhantomBuster, Instantly, OpenAI, Zoho CRMCSM Compass: account intelligence in one click
A button in the CRM writes an account summary, risks and next best actions for success managers. An early version of an account agent.
Claude, OpenAI, n8n, Zoho CRM widgetsClosing a quiet billing leak
Cancelled customers' phone lines kept running because removal was a separate manual step. Now every cancellation opens a reviewed ticket.
Stripe webhooks, n8n, Zoho Desk
Beyond the case studies
The six stories sit inside a larger stack my team owns: the CRM, and the automations that connect it to everything else.
What I work with
Tools matter less than how they connect. These are the ones I use most, by job.
CRM and data
Zoho CRM (custom modules, Deluge, REST APIs, COQL), Zoho Desk, Google Sheets and Apps Script, Python
Automation
n8n (self-hosted), webhooks, Zapier, scheduled pipelines with approvals and error handling
Revenue and billing
Stripe API and webhooks, subscription and MRR modeling, payment processor data
AI and GTM
OpenAI, Claude and MCP, Zoho SalesIQ, Instantly, Clay, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Serper, Emailable
How I work
Three habits that show up in every system above.
Define the business terms first.
Before automating churn reporting, I had to agree with Finance on what churn means. The code is the easy part once the definitions hold.
Automate the reminder, keep the judgment human.
Approval gates, exception queues and shadow modes let a team trust automation with money and customers before it runs on its own.
Design for the failure, not the happy path.
Duplicate webhooks, missing IDs, platform timeouts. Most of the work is deciding what happens when something goes wrong, and making sure someone hears about it.
